Please put a " - " in if you want your name smock to be left blank.

**If you are getting MULTIPLE of the same product AND same size, but want a monogram on BOTH/ALL, PLEASE ADD ALL MONOGRAMS in the text field and separate with a comma (even if it is the same monogram). Then update the quantity in your cart. Example: (Qty:2 - Input: A,A) or (Qty:3 - Input: A,B,C) If this is not done, you will receive 1 monogrammed item and the rest blank.**
